How to Order
Orders can be placed
24-hours a day 7 days a week via this website. Just browse to the
products page for secure online ordering
using the world
renowned PayPal service.
You can also order over the phone between 9:00am - 5:00pm Monday to
Friday on 0845 054 4757. Additionally, if you have a copy of our
brochure & order form you can send in a cheque or fax the order
through on 0845 054 4758.
Free home delivery service:
If you live in a CV or LE
postcode area within 30 miles
of Nuneaton (click here for a full list
of areas covered) we will deliver your order for FREE. Deliveries
are made on a rota basis so we will contact you to arrange delivery.
Mail Order:
We aim to despatch your order within 3 days. If item are out of
stock then deliveries may be split with out of stock items to
follow. If any problems arise with your order we will contact you by
telephone, please supply your telephone number when ordering.
Depending on the size/weight/value of your order, it will either be
despatched by Parcel Force (24hr delivery), Recorded Delivery,
courier or 2nd Class Post.
Standard UK mainland delivery is £6.95 per order. All orders to Northern Ireland, Channel Islands, Isle of
Wight, Isle
of Man and Scottish Isles will incur extra charges. Please contact us
by phone before ordering for more delivery information.
Refunds and Exchanges:
We want to make sure you are happy with your purchase. If you are
not satisfied then you can return the product in it's new and
re-saleable condition within 6 weeks and we will send you a
replacement or refund which ever you prefer.
The customer will bear the cost of returning the product which
will only be refunded if goods are faulty. Please quote your invoice
number, name and address with all returns.
Credit card refunds can only be credited back to the original
card that the goods were bought with; if these details are not
supplied there may be a delay in your card being refunded.
Distance Selling regulations:
Under the Distance Selling regulations which came into force on
31st October 2000, you have certain rights as a Cleen Green customer
ordering over the Internet. These rights only apply to UK customers.
You have the right to cancel your sale contract within 7 working
days (i.e:- Mon-Fri except bank holidays) of receiving your order.
This right does not apply to products that have been opened and
used.
If you wish to cancel your sale contract and return the items you
bought then you must first let us know in one of the following ways
:-

It is your responsibility to take reasonable care of the items
you wish to return, before and during their return. If you post the
items back to us they must be well packaged, arrive in a good
condition and you must pay the delivery costs.
If you do not want to post the items back to us then we bill you
for the charges we incur in arranging for the items to be collected.
You will be refunded the price you paid for the items, and their
original delivery cost, within 30 days of us receiving your request
to cancel the order.
Your online order will be fulfilled within 30 days of you placing
it.
If, after 30 days, we are unable to fulfil your order we will do
the following :-
- Inform you that your order cannot be fulfilled Offer you either a
full refund of the cost of the goods and the original delivery
charge or a suitable alternative item of equivalent quality and
price
Details of our pricing and charging policy is as follows :-
- Prices are subject to change without notice.
- If the items you ordered are in stock, your credit card will be
charged on receipt of your order.
- Details of the items you ordered (including description, price
and delivery charge) are displayed in your virtual basket and on
your final emailed invoice.
